Yoga: This class is designed to release stress
while relaxing the body and mind. Enjoy the easy to learn breathing,
relaxation and movement exercises, and increase flexibility, coordination
and balance. Stimulate vibrant health and create inner calm through
the continual movement from pose to pose and breathing techniques.
Yoga II: This class focuses on the relationship between the
mind, body and breath. It is an awareness training class designed
to increase Core strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility
through a series of controlled movements, power flows, and inversion
postures. Recommend 5 Yoga classes before attending Yoga II.
Cardio Kickboxing: Gear up for an extreme total body conditioning
class. It's not just kickboxing anymore. With the use of gear such
as gloves, ropes, and punching bags, you will feel stronger as you
learn to connect jabs, punches, and kicks with an object. It is a
completely different sensation than doing moves in the air.
Fit for Life: A 30 minutes gentle group exercise training
with focus on improving fitness for our daily living skills. Emphasis
on strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Perfect for the
deconditioned, recovering from injury, and seniors.
Group Cycling: This is a cardiovascular workout on the LeMond
RevMaster innovative group cycling bike. Classes take place in the
one of a kind Extreme Fitness room equipped with fiber optic lighting
which offers a complete entertainment package of special lighting
along with visual and sound effects to enhance and compliment your
cycling experience. Classes are 45 minutes in length and your instructor
will guide you over cycling terrain while following a training program.
Please arrive for your first class 15 minutes early for bike set up.
Bring a towel and water. Cycling shorts and heart rate monitors are
recommended. Class is suitable for all levels of fitness. You will
monitor your heart rate and set your own resistance.
Cycle-Lates : 30 min. cycle, with 15 minutes of Mat Pilates Core Conditioning.
Fat Burn cycle: 30 min. cycle, with 15 minutes of abdominal training.
Cardio Circuit: 30 min. cardio conditioning utilizing step, kick box,
hi/low aerobics and cycle, with 15 min. of abdominal training.
Step Aerobics: Step Aerobics utilizes the Reebok Step with
patterns and combinations for an extremely efficient fat burning class
and great cardiovascular conditioning.
Double Step: This Class incorporates challenging choreography
working on 2 steps. Recommended for intermediate or advanced steppers.
BodyPump: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Step Sculpt: This class provides segments of cardiovascular
conditioning utilizing moves choreographed on the Reebok Step and
body sculpting. Work at your own intensity level.
Creative Cardio Moves: Looking for something different! Creative
Cardio Moves is a 60 minute high-energy cardiovascular conditioning
class high-low impact with segments of fun dance moves.
